Ragdolls mature more slowly than most cat breeds. While many cats switch to adult food at 12 months, Ragdolls benefit from staying on kitten food longer due to their large size and extended growth period. Ragdolls continue to grow until around 4 years of age.

  • If your Ragdoll is still lean and growing, you can wait until 24 months before transitioning to adult food.
